Quando um Minion of Gaz'Haragoth morre, ao invés de sumir, seus restos mortais transformam-se em um portal-redemoinho que leva os que passam por ele ao pesadelo de Gaz'Haragoth. A área é infestada de Nightmare of Gaz'Haragoths, criaturas muito fortes. Não é aconselhável matá-los, pois quando um morre, outro é automaticamente invocado. Então, caso você entre em um pesadelo, é altamente recomendável que corra na direção sudeste, lá existe um portal que o levará a um local seguro.
